Meet Alex Rowe

I'm responsible for...

My main role is to manage a selection of our retainer clients and ensure our onboarding of new clients runs smoothly. Put simply, I try to make sure we're doing the very best work for our clients every month.

My specialist skill is...

I'm quite an organised chap and I enjoy building relationships. Both of these together allows me to make sure we're on top of all our projects and we're performing for our clients. Whether it's having a Zoom call or in-person meeting with an existing or new client, I'm there to make sure they get the very best from Sonder.

Favourite thing about my role...

I'm a bit old school, but I love speaking to different people and making sure we're helping them as best as we can. Whether that's our existing clients, new prospective clients, or internally with our great team at Sonder, I want to make sure we’re all on the same page and everyone’s happy. I love how involved we become with our clients and we actively want them to succeed – I thrive on great working relationships.
